the cheesecake craving..

OMG! i just saw my heaven.. my own personalized heaven. and i hate travel &living for making it so difficult for me! :( i just saw nigella prepare 3 "oh-so-delicious" chocolate desserts - chocolate cheesecake (i know. who doesn't want that!), a chocolate pudding and another dessert, i don't really remember the name! she started with the cheesecake. cooling off the ingredients required for the base. and then, came the creamy, cheese-filled upper part of the cake. it was so tempting to see how everything blends into the deep dark cocoa colour. and then, in went the cake to be baked. when it was taken out, it looked so luscious. you know, its a crime, to look so tempting and sensual. am past the "i want a cheesecake" stage. am now in the "i need a cheesecake" stage! what wouldn't i give in exchange for a cheesecake!
it is so unfair. i don't have an oven. :( and when i thought, the temptation was nearly over, she springs another surprise on me. which is (every bit of it) as mouthwateringly delicious as the chocolate cheesecake (well. not so quite. i don't want to deprive the chocolate cheesecake of the top position in my heart) ! and to make the matters even worse, she adds chocolate and vanilla crumbs to the already chocolaty mix. ! :(
then, there is the chocolate pudding like thing. this one looked quite easy. for the benefit of chocolate enthusiasts here is the recipe.
5 stars (yes, the 5 star chocolate-yay! ) are to be broken into relatively big pieces. and add butter slices to it. and start melting the mixture. add some one and a half cups of cornflakes. when the mixture is well heated, put it into kutty kutty cups. the "real cooking" ends here. but when i was surfing the channels i missed one key point. i don't know if this mixture should be cooled or "pre-heated" or "baked" in an oven! *silly grin* (am pathetic, i know)
am so going to taste a cheesecake somehow or the other. am not going to let the previous futile attempts suppress me into quiet submission. i really hope, cheesecakes are available in blackforest here. :(
